Born in 2010 from the meeting of two family stories, this typical colonial house tells of a passion that comes from far away. Two Roman brothers and two Cuban sisters, married since 1992, after a decade of experience with a B&B in Central America, have transformed this historic building into their new adventure.
Starting with just three rooms, the house gradually expanded to six, keeping its original charm intact. The five-meter-high ceilings, the inner courtyard, and the unique tunnel-like layout—once with bathrooms placed between rooms—speak of an architecture designed for the tropical climate. Today, after careful renovations, each room has its own private bathroom, without compromising the soul of the place.
The two floors unfold around outdoor corridors and balconies that flood the spaces with natural light, creating a timeless, suspended atmosphere. Despite the lively street outside—where neighborhood life plays out like a film full of characters and music—inside, a surprising quiet reigns. Guests often find themselves spending hours at the balconies, captivated by this unique contrast between the intimacy of the house and the energy of Havana pulsing beyond its walls.
Here, every detail speaks of encounters: between Italy and Cuba, past and present, tranquility and vibrancy. A place where hospitality becomes an authentic experience.
